Hey everyone:) Had some time to make more Christmas cards! I got 5 done today! woo hoo!!

I used this cute cuppie image from Taylored Expressions. I coloured it with copics and cut it out with a nestie. I then used some glitter glue for the star and ornaments.

All of the papers and ribbon came from an old Taylored Expressions card kit:)

Not much to it eh??




The other card uses the same papers from the kit, i just changed the layout a bit and used different papers.

Morning everyone:) Today i have something different for ya. Its a recipe card. I joined a cookie swap and wanted to share the recipe and i didn't want to be boring...so i made a cute card.

I first typed the recipe on word and printed it out. My papers are SU vanilla, green galore and SU dsp.

The ribbon came from my stash. I used a Christmas cuppie from Taylored Expressions. I paper pieced the wrapper and coloured him with copics and put a bella bon bon on top!

Pretty easy...just took a while to do 7 with all the cutting out!! Now to bake the cookies...lol

Hey everyone:)

For todays card i pulled out my Taylored Expressions cupcake Christmas kit. I coloured him with copics and paper pieced his wrapping. I also used a bella bon bon for the holly:)

My papers are SU shimmer white, SU silver and SU dsp.









The sentiment came from some tags that were in a card kit i didn't use.

Hey everyone:) I am so glad i found my mojo and have been crafting again. The crappy weather is helping a bit too ;)

For my card today i wanted to make a Hanglar and Stanglar card, i love these images and my good friend Chris sent me a bunch of them...i have been hoarding them because i love them so much but i thought it was time to use one.

I coloured her with copics and cut her out. I knew i wanted to do a summer card so i pulled out one of Taylored Expressions kits, it was a summer one that i have never used (at least i don't remember using it!! lol)


Everything you see on this card is from Taylors kit..i miss the kits but i have so many to use and no room to put them so i had to back out from my subscription.

Its so strange not to have any DT commitments, i have no idea what stamps to use anymore! lol Today was easy though because i already has this bear coloured:)

I coloured my bear from Taylored Expression with copics and cut him out with a nestie:)

All my paper came from one of Taylor's kits...but not sure which one! lol









I used my SU eyelet border punch for the side and the ribbon came from the kit:) A pretty simple card, but i like it:)

Its day one of my vacation...not much planned yet for the week, but i am sure that will change:)

For my card i used one of Nancy's lovely sets from Taylored Expressions! I love this puppy he is sooooooooo cute! i coloured him with copics and cut him out with a circle nestie. Then i layered him a bit.

All items on my card from Taylor's Oct key ingredients kit! I love the colours in this kit, they rock!

The button came from my stash though:)

A Beary Special Card:)

Ok why did i wait so long to ink this stamp?? Isn't it darling?? Its from Taylored Expressions and its called Beary Special! I finally cut it out and decided to use it!

Everything on this card is from Taylored Expressions Key Ingredients Kit July.

I decided to give my copics a rest and paper piece the cute bear. I used 2 different papers, one for the feet and ears and one for the rest of him.

This card was really easy!! Took no time at all!!

Esp Lindsay's cupcakes!! :) This is a new one she made, doesn't it look yummy???

I started this card with the Sweet and Sassy sketch, but i didn't make a long card, i don't think my cupcake would have fit! lol



I then coloured the cupcake with copics and spica glitter pens. I used my white gel pen for the cherry and covered it with crystal effects. I then cut it out with nesties.

All the paper is from Taylor's Key ingredient kit but not sure which one! I think it may be mother's day maybe??

The sentiment is from SU teeny tiny wishes and the scallop punch is also from SU.

Stampin Out Alzheimers!!

Wow what a great idea!! My Nany Sorely (grandma) and Nany Easton (great grandma) had Alzheimers, although it wasn't really bad, it was still there. So for my card i actually did 2 challenges ( i didn't know the mojo sketch was for it! lol). The first is the sketch and the second is called 2 by 2. You have to use 2 colours (brown and pink) and 2 kinds of embelishments (but no more!)



Well since i have to make some Christmas cards for a swap i am in i decided to use my Taylored Expressions cuppies for this card.



I used PTI white and chocolate chip for my base. The patterened paper is by Dream Street papers and its called forever family.



I coloured the cuppie with copics and inked the edges with chocolate chip ink. I then found this cool pink and brown ribbon in my stash and used it. I stamped Very merry (from short and sweet SU) in chocolate chip and finished off the corners with some bling.


It was a pretty easy card! I love these cuppies!! I need to order more!!

ITS VACATION TIME!!!

Yes it is!! Every year i take off the week of my Birthday!! Don't ask me why, i always seem to have crappy birthdays unless i am away (last year was Disney World). I was suppose to go to Las Vegas but my friend Devon got a new job and can't come with me:( So i am planning a BBQ at my house...we will see how that goes! lol

Anyway here is my challenge card! Be sure to check out the Challenge blog for all the fab cards from the Design Team! They are on their last month!! :( sniff sniff But the next team is ready to go!

For this card i used a sketch i found on this really cool blog called Sweet Sunday so be sure to check it out! I coloured my bitty bloom with copics and a spica glitter pen.

I used everything from Taylor's Key Ingredient Kit. Do you think there is enough bling on this card?? LOL I really messed up the nesties...so i had to improvise.

I used On Your Birthday from SU for the sentiment.

Well i hope you have a good Sunday, its the last day of FREE COFFEE at work...WOO HOO!!

I have also come down with some kind of cold virus...ugh...i hope my week isn't spent in bed!!! YIKES!

Challenge Day!!!

So today's Challenge was a tough one! It is to make a card using only a sentiment! Yikes...i didn't know it would be that hard not to colour!! LOL really it was easy! I made this simple card in no time, and its pretty!



So to start i found a sketch on Card Sketch a Day and look no images, only a sentiment, how perfect!!

I used all supplies from Taylor's Key Ingredient Card Kit for March! The only thing not from Taylor is the SU hostess set i used!

I distressed the edges and wrapped some ribbon and we have a card!! Easy as pie!!

Happy Saturday!!!

Why is it so happy you ask?? Well i have the weekend off!! I only get one a month and usually they are jam packed with a million things to do...well guess what?? I HAVE NO PLANS!! Shocking i know! lol I think my BF and i are going to the drive-in tomorrow, we will see, its suppose to be nice so i want to wash my car! I can't do too much as my foot is killing me...i have planter facioutus (i can't spell! lol) anyway its from working 9 hour shifts on hard floors for 16 years! ugh...so my physio guy Jeff is fixing me up. Really if its not one thing its another!
Ok but i am sure you don't care about my bum foot so here is my card:)

I wanted to play along with Taylors Challenge because her sketches always rock!!

So i downloaded one of Lindsay's Stamps for this challenge. Her digi images are so cute! The cupcakes are perfect for Taylor's challenges!!

I coloured the cupcake with copics and used some stickles on the icing and some crystal effects on the cherry. I used Lavender Lace SU paper and the dsp is from a kit i had but didn't like the image! lol

I cut out the image with nesties and screwed up on the scallop one, so i covered it with the banner! See no mistakes in art ;) We are good at covering them up! ha ha

I finished off the card with some cupcake ribbon i got in Boston at Michael's (because Karen has a small cupcake fetish!) and a banner.

Well i hope your Saturday rocks, i know mine will:) (well i hope anyway! ha ha ) Stay tuned for Challenge Day tomorrow!!!

LOL this image cracks me up!!!

A cupcake eating an easter bunny...LOL makes me laugh everytime!!

This was another card i made at Karens (i told you i would have a whole weeks worth of posts from Karens!!)

So this image is from Taylored Expressions, from the sweet spring collection!! I really should have bought it, but i never make Easter cards.

I used a SFYTT on this card. The cardstock is PTI white, chocolate chip and cameo coral. The DSP is i believe My Minds Eye (i seemed to use that a lot!).

I cut out the image and sentiment with nesties and used some primas to finish it off:)

Taylors stamps rock:)

While i was at Karen's i got to use all her stamps and paper!! WOW she has a lot!

this card was made for TECC61, the sketch rocks! I love this little cuppie too! The one thing i learned was how she takes her pictures! So trust me i will be making my own photo studio, it was so easy!!

Oh ya the card! The paper is My Minds Eye "pretty little girl". I love the colours and it reminded me of spring/easter. I used Elegant Eggplant as my base colour. I coloured with copics and used a bella bon bon for the top.

I put a peice of dsp through the cuttlebug and it looks distressed, so cool!!

I finished off the card with some baja breeze ribbon layered with elegand eggplant and some prima flowers.

I forgot to take a picture of my copics, but i will do this from now on as well. :)
