Happy Apple Day....

Man this huggabugg is wayyyyyyyyyy too cute!! I just wanna smoosh her!!

This is my card for Bellariffic Friday!! I have been dying to use this paper because glitter apples rock!!

I coloured my huggabug with copics and used my white gel pen for the accents. I coloured the wings with my gelly roll pen. I then cut her out with nesties.

My card base is PTI white with green galore. I don't know what the paper is because i cut it off! i know duh...i think i got it from Stamping Bella though.

I then just used some strips of real red and green galore cardstock and tied some ribbon on them.

We had a great day despite the fact that was the day my mom died 4 years ago and my dad didn't want to do anything! I think the goofy dogs helped us get through:)

Its a Squigglefly Day...

Mondays are squigglefly day!! I made this card to be a guest designer for Sheetloads! We were given the sketch and had to make a card. And then everyone votes to whose they like the best. Guess what?? I was in the top 5 so i will be on Sheetloads Ezine for July!! woo hoo!!

The card base is Kraft, then a layer of Chocolate chip. I used my scallop border punch all the way around it.

The next layer is a piece of Urban Oasis DSP by SU. I matted the little squirrel on some old DSP by SU, i think it was in a mini and it was a Christmas set...not sure of the name though.

I coloured the Squirrel with copics. The sentiment is a piece from another squirrel stamp i have.

I finished the card off with some ribbon from my stash and a SU button with some twine in the middle!!

Elzybells Christmas card:) Challenge #17!

This card was made for a Christmas swap i am in. The them for June was a different fold...so here is mine:) I like the gatefold because its easy when you have to make 4 cards! Its also for the Corrosive Challenge Blog today as well, make a card with a different fold!

This card was so easy!! I used my Scor-pal. Then cut the panels (everything on this card is from Taylor's May Key Ingredients kit!)

I coloured the deer with copics and then cut them out with my nesties.

I also tied a ribbon to the bottom for something different.

And that is it:)

CAS cards....

I made both of these cards for monthly card kit swaps i am in. I wanted to keep them simple for mailing purposes. Its so expensive to mail cards now a days!!

So this is SC231 over on SCS. I used Close to Cocoa as my background and the DSP came with the kit.

I coloured the mice with copics and layered them on some Pretty In Pink (i am waiting on my pink pirouette to come in!!)

Next is Nurse Nellie. I started with SC232 for this one.

I coloured her with copics and used my scallop square SU punch for the corners.

The background is Brocade Blue with a strip of the DSP that was in the kit.

The saying is a SU hostess set called Best Yet.

I finished off the card with 2 silver brads that were also in the kit.

I think i am almost caught up on my swaps!! Only a couple more to go and we are done for the summer! :)

Isn't Ian soooooo cute???

I got this image from my friend Dana. I am using it for a Greeting Farm Swap i am in. Its only a 4 card swap, so it worked out great!!

I started with a sketch i had on my desk from Verve Stamps, but its an old one. So sorry i don't have a link for ya!

I coloured Ian with copics and just cut him out (no nesties, i know shocking!)

Since its a swap my card base is Whisper White, with a layer of Chocolate Chip and the dsp is from Piggy Tales. I think it works great for a boy card:)

I finished the card off with some Chocolate Chip ribbon and 3 SU buttons! Easy as pie....ummm no wait i can't make pie....so easy as a card :)

The Little Birdie...

Happy Thursday everyone!!

For this weeks Lindsay Card i decided to use this birdie again, because i have him printed out already. Oh and he was coloured already too ;) I like to colour images while i am watching TV, then i feel productive:)

I started my card with Taylor's Sketch. Oh and i also used Taylor's April kit for this too! I really do love these kits!!

Ok so back to the card. For the half circle i used the biggest circle nestie i had. I should have put another colour on top of it for a layer, it kind of blends in with the paper. Oh well....

I then took a piece of ribbon and wrapped it around the card. To finish off the card i placed some primas and bling from the Taylor kit on a piece of orange card stock.

Something a little different...

I made this frame for Krista for her wedding:) I hope she likes it!





Her colours were hot pink with orange accents! This is the same paper i used on her card.





For the frame in the middle, i first used the inside cardboard to cut a frame, i then used the orange piece and traced the inside square, Then i cut out the middle and ended up with this cute frame effect.





I cut a strip of orange for the top and the bottom. I used some ribbon i got at the paper source in Boston, it matches perfectly!





I coloured Hitchedafellabella with copics and some dazzling diamond dust on her dress. I used my black spica glitter pen for fellas shoes and buttons.





I finished off the frame with some rub ons and some lovely prima flowers i got from Karen when i went there. I used some pearl backs for the center. I think it turned out pretty cute:)









This next frame is for my BF's mom since she is the one who bought me Abygail:) I was waiting for my stamps from Cowtown Stamps to come in. They have soooooooooo many doxie stamps:) I think i bought 6!! I want them all though!! ha ha

The paper is Urban Oasis i think from SU. I also used Chocolate chip for the frame and the sizzix swirls.

I used Prima flowers and bling from my stash in the corners.

Her name is done in rub ons:)

Well i hope you like my frames, they are at Michael's for $1.50! I have lots still to use, but i love them!! :)

Last weeks Bellariffic card!

Last weeks Bellariffic Challenge was a lovely Sketch by Jen! I love her sketches they are so easy to work with! This card is also for the Bella Show and Tell over on the SCS forum. I was going to use Rockabella (since the theme was tell us who you are) but i decided to go with the puppy thing:) I love dogs, all kinds of dogs! When i get my own place i want lots of dogs! :) I would love to own a shelter or something one day!

Ok so my card! I used Puppy Bella (i can never remember names!). I coloured her with copics and cut her out with a nestie.

PTI is my base and the rest is Taylor's Kit for May! Her kits rock! Really takes the stress out of making a card!

Really that is it! Nothing more to say about the card! So how about some puppy pictures???

This is her sleeping between 2 pillows with a pillow on top! LOL
