Wow i got a card done that isn't a DT card! woo hoo!! :) I start night school tonight...i am not looking forward to it, its an english course so i can upgrade my mark to get into nursing! Wish me luck!!

So for my card i had this Tilda coloured for ages, she is coloured with copics and a spica glitter pen for her wings.

I also use Taylors sketch, i had to alter it a tad, i didn't like the buttons on the bottom, so i moved them up.

My paper is PTI white, basic grey dsp and rose red.

The sentiment is Heard From the Heart by SU.

The Little Birdie...

Happy Thursday everyone!!

For this weeks Lindsay Card i decided to use this birdie again, because i have him printed out already. Oh and he was coloured already too ;) I like to colour images while i am watching TV, then i feel productive:)

I started my card with Taylor's Sketch. Oh and i also used Taylor's April kit for this too! I really do love these kits!!

Ok so back to the card. For the half circle i used the biggest circle nestie i had. I should have put another colour on top of it for a layer, it kind of blends in with the paper. Oh well....

I then took a piece of ribbon and wrapped it around the card. To finish off the card i placed some primas and bling from the Taylor kit on a piece of orange card stock.

Cupcake Days...

I made this card for SOA challenge to use 3 buttons or more! Guess what?? I won the challenge! I get some Papertrey Ink Buttons!! woo hoo!!

This was a card kit i had, and i have realized that i am not fond of working with too much purple:(

I started out with TECC68. I coloured the image (not sure what company its from) with copics and a purple spica glitter pen.

Not sure which company the papers are from either. The yellow is So Saffron. I finished it off with my 3 buttons and the ribbon on the bottom.

Not my fave card, but it won me a prize so i should complain! lol

Its Fairy Time!!

Over on the Scrappy Frogs Challenge Blog!

I started off with TECC68, it was perfect for this image. I have no idea where the image came from, it was in my stash! She is cute though:)

Everything i used is from Taylors Key Ingredient Kits. I just love these kits, i can't wait for my next one to come in!

I coloured the fairy with copics and a spica gel pen for the wings. I cut her out with Nesties.

I finished it off with some ribbon from the kit and some prima flowers. I love how everything matches so well. I also put some bling in the center of the ribbon flowers.

Merry Christmas:)

Oops wrong month ;) When i first got this Taylored Expression card kit i thought of Christmas because of the reds and greens. So when Lindsay let us use this deer i thought of a reindeer!

I started off with Taylors sketch and Taylors kit (these kits really do rock and you really should subscribe!!) I picked my papers from the kit and then printed out my deer (did you know that you can resize these to any size you want?? that is the great thing about digi stamps!!) and coloured her in.

I used Liquid Applique for the tail, spots and snow. Not much colouring to this really.

I then layered up my paper and finished it off with some ribbon and a cute buckle that came wtih the kit.

Also just so you know for every $5 you spend in Lindsay's store you get one free stamp!!
