Saturday Cheery Card:)

Today is Saturday and i am off!! WOO HOO!!

So for todays card i went for Cheery and Bright! This was a card kit i got for a monthly swap i am in! I love this Gorjuss Girl, she is soooooooo cute!

I coloured her with copics and cut her out with nesties.

The colours i used are pacific point and tangerine tango.







I finished off the card with a prima flower, a SU button and a bella bon bon for the center.

Bella Day:)

Well i didn't think i would have time at all to make a card for today! Luckily last night i got home from dinner with my friend Devon and felt like making a card:)

I decided to do the Bellariffic Friday sketch for the week. I always try to play along. Its also a good thing i had this card kit handy so it didn't take me too much effort. I think i have one more bella card kit and that is it!!

So for this kit i was given the Purely Pomegranate paper and all the embellishments and of course the image:)

I decided to put it with soft suede paper, it matches pretty well:) Good choice for me!

I coloured Bella with copics and then just cut her out. I tied some ribbon on the paper and added the flowers, card done!! :)

The sentiment is SU Teeny Tiny Wishes because i don't have this bella so i don't have the sentiments that go in the billboard.

More Cupcakes!!

Aren't Lindsay's Cupcakes the greatest??? This is the last one i have printed and then i promise no more cupcakes next week! lol

I coloured my cupcake with copics and used some stickles for the sprinkles. I then cut it out with nesties.

My paper is PTI white, Cameo Coral and then a piece of Two the Nines SU dsp.

The sentiment is from Crazy for Cupcakes by SU.

I finished off the card with some SU satin ribbon and some bella frosted bon bons!

More Magnolia card kits....

So i have this sketch saved on my computer and do you think i have any idea what blog its from?? LOL If someone could help me out that would be great:)

So this is another Magnolia card kit! I am trying to get ahead on my Magnolia stash for some swaps on the magnolia yahoo group.

When i made this card i was really tired, so its lacking something! Not sure what though.

Anyway i coloured Tilda with copics and cut her out with nesties.

My base is PTI white with a layer of Regal Rose and Elegant Eggplant.


I think the dsp is an old SU set, it came in the kit so i really don't know what it is. I love the ribbon too, its shiny and pretty!

I finished off the card with a Prima flower with a Petaloo flower in the center and the buttons came with the kit.

Its a Digi Shack Flower Challenge:)

Today at the Digi Shack we have been challenged to use one of the great Digi Shack flower images on a card! I love this image, its kinda oriental!

I also LOVE these colours together! Melon Mambo and Kiwi Kiss, they are so bright and fun!

So for my background piece of Melon Mambo i used a Quickutz embossing folder, i think i got it at Stamping Bella.

I then cut a piece of Kiwi Kiss cardstock and ran it through with the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder and tied a piece of Melon Mambo ribbon around it. I have never used the hat pins from my Pretties Kit by SU so i put one together to put through the ribbon, it looks so pretty!

Next i printed the image on PTI white cardstock and coloured it with copics and the center of the flowers i used my Gelly Roll pen.

I then cut it out with nesties and layered it on a piece of Kiwi Kiss cardstock. I then put some of Taylors Tiny Twinkles all around.

To finishe off the card i used my Short and Sweet SU set and punched it out with my word window punch from SU and used one of Taylors Tiny Twinkles for the dot on the I.

Wow i used a lot of stuff from different companies on this:) And it wasn't a kit so i actually knew what i used:)

This is a crazy week for me so i hope i have enough cards to show you stuff for the week! We are having our yearly review at work today...and its ALL DAY! I think i have to work like 10 hours! ugh... Wish me luck!!

Squigglefly Challenge Day:)

Today's Squigglefly Challenge is a lovely sketch challenge by Rhonda!

I decided to use the cute squirrel again! I just love colouring him:) Of course i used my copics for him. I cut him out with square nesties.

I used some SU felt flowers for the top with some bella dots in the middle.

I used SU chocolate chip cardstock and the dsp is from one of Taylors Kits.

Jem, Jem is excitment wooooooo Jem....

Who remembers the tv show Jem and the Holograms from the 80's??? I sure do as i have most of the dolls on display in my room! I loved the Misfits when i was kid and watched the show religously!

So this week i gave the DT on the Corrosive Challenge Blog a picture of some of my Jem dolls and told them to make a card using my dolls as inspiration.




If i was a Jem character i would be Stormer from the Misfits, sometimes bad but good deep down:)


So here is my card:) I was late making it so i made sure i didn't use any of the same the DT made. I went to my comfy Rockabella:) She is my fave so i had no problem using it!

I started with Jamie's great sketch on SCS. My card base is Rich Razzleberry with a layer of Basic Black and the DSP is Lemonade Razzle (or something like that) by SU.

I coloured Rockabella with copics and my spica glitter pens to give her some shine!

To finishe off my card i used a strip of Melon Mambo SU ribbon and lots of Bella Dots along the bottom

The sentiment is from Stamping Bella called You Rock:)

Very Late Post and some Abby pictures:)

This is my last month for the one group of card kits i signed up for. She sent us this hand made background paper and some ribbon.

I decided to go CAS (Clean and Simple) for this card because i wanted to show off the pretty flowers in the back ground.

The sentiment is from Simply Said and was punched out with SU large oval punch and then SU scallop oval punch.

This card is 100% SU! crazy eh?? lol

Ok on to something more exciting:) My baby!! She lost 4 teeth already!! :) I found one so i will put it in her scrapbook (whenever i get around to starting it!!) This is her and her stuffed dog!

And this was her trying to eat one of my cards i was making! Her eyes photograph weird! Sometimes they look alienish! lol

Well since the sketch for this week is by Karen i had to play:) Its a great sketch for bellas!!

I admit this is a card kit again! I only have one more Bella card kit and then i am out! Guess i need to sign up for another swap ;)

My card base is PTI white with a piece of Perfect Plum SU cardstock. The dsp came with the kit.

I coloured Bella with copics and just cut her out normal (i know how boring!).






The sentiment is from Best Yet SU hostess set. I punched it out with my SU 1 3/8 punch and then punched a piece of Perfect Plum with my scallop punch.

I finished off the card with some ribbon from the kit and 3 bella dots:)
