Hey everyone, how ya doin? Things are good here. I am done all my shopping and everything is wrapped...so what should i do with my time?? Oh i know...i should make some cards ;) I really need some bday cards for work...so here i go!! I really should be making manly cards, but girlie cards are too much fun!!

This is a card kit (trying to use them up since i have more coming in! yikes!). I coloured tilda with copics, and placed her on some nesties. I used a spica glitter pen on her cherries and accented with a white gel pen.

The papers are Lovely Lilac, PTI white and the dsp came from the kit (i think its CTMH)

I found some matching prima flowers in my stash and added some bella bon bons to the middle of them. I also found some ribbon in my stash and finished it off with Short and Sweet by SU.

Morning everyone:) Today i have something different for ya. Its a recipe card. I joined a cookie swap and wanted to share the recipe and i didn't want to be boring...so i made a cute card.

I first typed the recipe on word and printed it out. My papers are SU vanilla, green galore and SU dsp.

The ribbon came from my stash. I used a Christmas cuppie from Taylored Expressions. I paper pieced the wrapper and coloured him with copics and put a bella bon bon on top!

Pretty easy...just took a while to do 7 with all the cutting out!! Now to bake the cookies...lol

Hey:) I know its been a few days...i bought a new car, it was taking up some time! I will take a pic of it and post it though...once it stops raining...ugh...

I started this card a few days ago but i never got to finish it. I was asked to make a bday card who is a rocker chick:) So i went straight for the Kenny K:)

I coloured my image with copics and spica glitter pens and cut her out with a nestie.







My papers are from a Taylored Expressions kit (my fave one because its black and white!! lol) plus PTI white for the base and image.

The flowers are from my stash and so are the bella bon bons in the middle:) Isn't she cute??? :)

Over on karen's blog instead of a new sketch the challenge was to use one of her old sketches. I picked this one because it was simple and i wanted to make some simple Christmas cards. I counted my box and realized i don't have enough and better get moving!!

I already had these riley's coloured so all i had to do was cut them out:) He is coloured with copics and cut out with nesties.

My paper is PTI white, kiwi kiss (ran through a cuttlebug folder), and the dsp are some scraps from my stash.







I finished off the card with some of bella's frosted bon bons and the sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes by SU:)

I have been doing pretty good with keeping up the posts, lets hope i don't jinx myself!! lol

For my card i used another card kit i had, i love these colours together, they are so pretty!

I coloured Tilda with copics and cut her out.




My papers are PTI white, the dsp was in the kit. I cut out one page with a nestie for the circle.

I sat Tilda on a string of pearls that was in the kit. I then used some primas from my stash, i knew i wanted to use big ones and i had 3 big orange ones:) I layered some flowers from the paper source, buttons from PTI and the bon bons are from Stamping bella!

The sentiment is from A Little Birthday Cheer from SU, i made a banner for it too:)

Happy Monday everyone:) I actually don't mind Mondays because my days off are normal Tuesday and Wednesday! Woo hoo!! Let me tell you i have lots to do on my days off!! I feel so behind! So no distractions this week!! (ya right!) I am on a mission!!

Ok so i made this frame (you will see lots of these i am making my friends them for christmas!) for a secret santa i am in with bowling. I always like to make things:)

It was really easy! I covered the frame ($1.50 from michaels!) with some SU dsp, its kinda fuzzy...its cool! Oh and use SU sticky strip, it holds it really well!!

I then used some SU satin ribbon around the edges with some bella bon bons on them. I used my Martha Stewart snowflake punch and put more bella bon bons in the middle of them.

I finished off the frame with the sentiment from Four the holidays from SU and made one of Karen's Banners:)

Hi everyone:) i know its a day late but Happy Thanksgiving to all my US friends out there! Here is my card for you:)

Today over at the Humble Pie Challenge Blog the challenge is Monochromatic. Not my fave challenge since i hate using one colour...but i did it and i did it orange (not one of my fave colours!!)

I printed out the pumpkins and coloured them with copics. I used 4 different colours on each pumpkin! Then i cut them out.

The sketch i used is an older one on SCS but i didn't save it...sorry! My papers are from my stash and i have no idea what they are.

I used the sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes and then used some prima flowers with bella bon bons in the middle:)

...its christmas time in the city...

This weeks Challenge over at Humble Pie is an Altered Item. So i went digging in my closet and found some altoid tins.

I used some bo bunny christmas paper and added some strips of the other side of the paper.

I then printed out this sentiment from Humble pie and cut it out with nesties and matted it on some real red. I finished it off with some snowflakes and bella bon bons.

I also decided to make a card because i love this little Maggie! She is too cute!

I coloured her with copics and cut her out with a nestie.

I used the same paper as the tin so they kind of match:) I finished off the card with some more snowflakes and some liquid applicate for her hat and coat.

For my card i used Gertie, she is so sweet! I paper pieced everything on her but her face which i used copics to colour. I also used one of my gelly roll pens for her tights and shoes. I then cut her out with a nestie.

The paper is from the Stamping Bella store, i think it said something about a Dude Collection or something...lol i threw out the name! duh...

I then used a strip from the back of it for the bottom with some ribbon from my stash on top. I used some bella dots on the ends.

To finish off my card i used some of my black sparkly primas with some bella bon bons in the middle!

Well here is something different from me...flowers!! I know...not the norm...but i was in a flower mood! This flowers were so much fun to colour!!

I had some scraps of that Cottage Wall dsp from SU so i wanted to use it, i love the purples in it!

I coloured the flower with copics and cut it out with a square nestie.




My base is PTI white with Old Olive on top ran through the Big Shot with the Swiss dots folder.

I finished off the card with some Old Olive ribbon and 3 bella bon bons!

Yay Edwin and a birthday wish...

I am not very good at guy cards...not sure why...oh well...

i had this edwin coloured for a while and the poor guy just sat there! So i thought it was time to get a card made with him.

I decided to use an old Midnight sketch...not sure i like it too much , maybe its my card i don't like! ha ha

So anyway...i coloured Edwin with Copics and just cut him out.

The paper i used is PTI white, chocolate chip and some basic grey and SU dsp i had in my scrap pile.

I then used some ribbon from the paper source and some bella frosted baubles to finish of the card.

Oh and i found this star in my chipboard stash so i used it too.

Humming Bird:)

This is my card for the Squigglefly Challenge to do with circles! So i decided to make a circle card:)

I used my nesties to make the base. The dsp is from some paper i got at Stamping Bella but i am not sure of the name.

I coloured the Hummingbird with copics.

I finished off the card with some frosted Bella bon bons!

My Bellarrific card:)

Since i have another card to post on Friday i thought i would post my Bellarrific card early:)

I decided to make another Christmas card! I had Stella with an Olive on top coloured already and i guess i wanted her to be Christmasy so that is what i went with! I wish i had a better sentiment to go with her though!!

I coloured Stella with copics and cut her out with a circle nestie.

I then took out some of my Merry Memories SU dsp and matched it up.

I then found a red prima and these green flowery things and stuck em on and put bella bon bons in the middle.

I finished off the card with my Teeny Tiny Wishes set:)

Saturday Cheery Card:)

Today is Saturday and i am off!! WOO HOO!!

So for todays card i went for Cheery and Bright! This was a card kit i got for a monthly swap i am in! I love this Gorjuss Girl, she is soooooooo cute!

I coloured her with copics and cut her out with nesties.

The colours i used are pacific point and tangerine tango.







I finished off the card with a prima flower, a SU button and a bella bon bon for the center.

Aren't Lindsay's Cupcakes the greatest??? This is the last one i have printed and then i promise no more cupcakes next week! lol

Happy Canada Day:)

Well Happy Canada Day to all my Canadian friends (and you Canadians living elsewhere!). I don't usually do much to celebrate Canada Day, things around this city are NUTS! So i usually just stay home and chill out.





I have decided to show you a Bella Card on this day because Stamping Bella is my fave Canadian company:)



My base is PTI white with Mellow Moss and some Razzleberry Lemonade DSP! I love Razzleberry, its a great purple!!

I coloured my Bitty Bloom with copics and used a bella bon bon for the center of the flower. I think this is Poppy Bittybloom, i got her in a swap:)

I cut her out with nesties and layered on a piece of mellow moss.

The green ribbon came from my stash and a layered a piece of Razzleberry on top.

The sentiment is from SU called Short and Sweet and i finished the card off with some Primas and a bella bon bon in the middle!

I am so glad Jamie is back doing sketches again! They rock:)

Its a Bellariffic Day:)

Today is Bellariffic Friday!! I didn't know if i was going to get to play this week, but i HAD to because this sketch is so much fun! Its by the lovely karen-a-bella!

I had this image in my stash, i think it was sent to me by a secret sister:) I had a lot of fun colouring it with my copics!

I cut it out with my new square Nesties from Stamping Bella. I also inked the edges because the scallop nestie would have been way to big!

The base is PTI white with a piece of Green Galore. The orange DSP is My Minds Eye Bloom and Grow series. The pink is American Crafts Teen series.

The ribbon is from my stash, and so is the little green flower thing. I used a frosted Bella bon bon for the middle of it.

The Happy Birthday is from SU and its called On your Birthday.

That's it a pretty easy card:) I hope you are having a lovely day! I am on day 1 of 8 straight! YIKES! Good thing there is a wedding at the end of it, so i can unwind a bit:)

Great sketch over at Sketch and Stash!

Its perfect for my Skater Ian card!

This is a card kit for one of my monthly swaps, i was so excited that Jacki picked skater Ian!! The paper she picked is great too!!

I coloured Ian with copics and matted him on some baja breeze and pumpkin pie (dana you must love all this orange!! lol). I matted the DSP on pumpkin pie as well.

I used my Stamping Bella stamp "YOU ROCK" and punched it out with the Arrow SU punch, i also used a little one on the bottom.

I finished off the card with some doodling around the edges and 2 orange bella bon bons.

Our bowling banquet was good, everyone got a prize i gave mine away...some people give dumb prizes out! ha ha

Only a few more shifts and i am on Birthday Vacation (i take my birthday week off every year!!). Not sure what i am gonna do yet though...i will keep ya posted!!
