Something new for me....

I decided for my Lindsay Thursday card to use a tree image and pull out my flower soft. I bought a bunch when i went to visit Karen and i haven't used it.

So for this card i coloured the tree with copics and then put some flower soft on it. I cut it out with nesties.




The paper is just some stuff i had lying around, so i have no idea what it is.

The sentiment is from SU called Best Yet. I used my 1 3/8 punch to punch it out.

I finished the card with 4 eyelets in the corners.

Another magnolia Card:)

Another magnolia birthday card:) Oh and another card kit! hee hee I loved the colours in this one, so pretty!


Everything was included in the kit, even the ovals! (i don't think they are nesties though.

My base is PTI white. I coloured Tilda with copics and cut her out and put her on the ribbon. Oh i lie the ribbon didn't come in the kit, its from my stash, its so saffron from SU.

The flowers came in the kit, so i layered the brads (flowers), and a dew drop on top of the prima flower. Looks pretty!

The sentiment is Teeny Tiny Wishes from SU (i love this set!)

I don't like missing days....

...but i had no choice! I have been sick for a week and had no motivation to post... i feel a bit better today so i figured i should get caught up on some cards!!

I had to make some Magnolia bday cards for a couple ladies on the Magnolia-licous yahoo group. Thank god for card kits! (i say that a lot lately!)

So this card is pretty simple. I used SC237 on SCS for this one.

My base is PTI white with a piece of Brocade Blue. The dsp and everything else came in the kit.

I coloured Tilda with copics and cut her out.




The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes by SU.

I went for blood work and x[rays today so hopefully they will figure out what is wrong with me!! Its very annoying.

Well off to watch Little House on the Prairie and make some more cards!!

Today on the Corrosive Challenge Blog i have challenged them to make a card with this sketch! The sketch is pretty simple, so i hope lots of people play along:)


Since i seem to be strapped for time lately i am really glad i have card kits to turn to! For this card i used Taylors Key Ingredients Beach Bum kit!


The image is from the Digi Shack and i was laughing so hard when i was colouring it! This card definitely puts a smile on my face:)

I coloured the Giraffe with copics and cut him out with nesties.

The buttons are SU and so are the brads. I used some bling for the centre of the flower brads, they were too plain.

The sentiment is from Stamping Bella, i thought it was perfect! lol

I finished off the card with some stickles on the edge of the nesties and in the centre of the flowers:)

WOW a post ontime:)

Yes i got a card made for today so i can have a post ready!

I am sorry if my posts have been a little blah lately. I have been super busy and have had no time to post much. My friend Eriko left for Japan so things should get back to normal. Although i have been feeling pretty sick this week, and work has been pretty stressful (my boss is not very nice). I am managing:) I need to get into a crafting routine again!! Hopefully next week won't be as crazy!!





Another magnolia card:) I love my Magnolia card kits, they are so easy to put a card together!! This one had all these lovely flowers and bling in it!! I love it!!

I started with the sketch and stash challenge (i play every 2 weeks, i love their sketches!).

I then coloured Tilda with copics and cut her out with nesties.

The base is PTI white with a brocade blue layer and then the dsp.

I layered the flowers (both were in the kit) and put the pink brad in the middle.

Well i hope you like my card:) I love the colours of the paper!! Happy Saturday, i have to work everyday this weekend :(

WOW really late....

I know...my friend Eriko just left so i didn't have time to make a card. This is a card kit i had, i have enough left to make another card with it, i may do that later this week:)

This is a SCS sketch challenge, but a rather old one. Its not saved on my computer.

I coloured Riley with copics and cut him out with nesties.

I matted the papers on Chocolate chip and used PTI white for the base.

The ribbon, clip and heart came in the kit. This card will work well for my raining Riley card swap i am in:) Better to be ahead now!!

So no card today...my friend is here from Japan so we have been out doing stuff for the past couple days!!

I got an email today that i have made the Digi Shack design team:) They have some great images!! I am excited to be part of the team!
