...raining blood....

THIS IS MY SECOND POST FOR TODAY!!

Today is a very special day...today is one of my best friends birthdays:) Of course i had to make him a Slayer card (this is the 3rd one i have made him, i am running out of ideas!! like another band would you???? lol) because he asked me too!! lol

So i printed out the Slayer logo and mounted it on a nestie. My papers are PTI white, basic black and the dsp is from SU Rockabilly.

I also used my Martha Stewart spiderweb punch and the bats are from my SU punch. I also added some eyes for them to make them look more creepy ;) The ribbon came from my stash and the sentiment is from The Little Paper shop (i use this sentiment on most metal cards!!).

Oh Canada.....

Today's challenge over on the Corrosive Challenge Blog the theme is Patriotic. Make a card with the colours of your flag, or something to do with your country!

I bought this stamp from High Hopes forever ago and haven't even inked it yet! Its a really big stamp so i had to make a 5.25 X 5.25 card. This was the only nestie it would fit in too. (and some stuff got cut off, poor beaver!)

I coloured the image with copics.

For my layout i did my own and don't like it at all...ugh...i used Chocolate chip and the dsp is rockabilly by SU.

I used some Real Red ribbon and buttons and finished off the card with some SU corduroy buttons. OH and i had these photo corners left from another card so i used them too. The inside reads " greetings from Canada"

Happy Apple Day....

Man this huggabugg is wayyyyyyyyyy too cute!! I just wanna smoosh her!!

This is my card for Bellariffic Friday!! I have been dying to use this paper because glitter apples rock!!

I coloured my huggabug with copics and used my white gel pen for the accents. I coloured the wings with my gelly roll pen. I then cut her out with nesties.

My card base is PTI white with green galore. I don't know what the paper is because i cut it off! i know duh...i think i got it from Stamping Bella though.

I then just used some strips of real red and green galore cardstock and tied some ribbon on them.

We had a great day despite the fact that was the day my mom died 4 years ago and my dad didn't want to do anything! I think the goofy dogs helped us get through:)
