...hes a cowboy of the modern day...

Can you believe i have had a card everyday this week??? :) I have been in a crafty mood i guess!

For this card i used another card kit and wanted to do something completely different, well does this card scream different for me?? lol

The image is a penny black girl and i coloured her with copics and spica glitter pens and cut her out.

All the paper was in the kit, except the close to cocoa and pti white, these colours look awesome together for a girlie card!

The border came in the kit, i added some close to cocoa ribbon from SU. The flowers also came in the kit, i just added the bling in the centers.

I finished off the card with a sentiment from my fave set, Teeny tiny wishes by SU. I love how they are small enough to fit on my cards!!

...i'm on a mission for my survival...

...wow i am sucking at getting these challenges done! lol Then my internet went down so its been an hour trying to post this!! So todays challenge on the corrosive challenge blog is Winter Wonderland!

I pulled out this card kit because i love this snowman! I may have to buy him! I think hes a Penny Black.

I coloured the snowman with copics and then used some liquid applicate for the earmuffs with some glitter. I also glittered the snow and snowflakes.

I cut out a nestie with the dsp that was in the kit and used it as my layer.

I then used my cuttlebug folder swirls and used some taken with teal ink and sponged the background.

To finish off the card i used some PTI buttons i found in my stash!

Be sure to head over to the Corrosive Challenge Blog there is a great prize this week and the DT did an amazing job!!

Going Simple...

I really didn't have much time to get a card done, so i went with a CAS card for today! It came together so quick!

I think Karen's sketches are great! They are cute and simple!

I started with a hedgie from Penny Black, i coloured him with copics and cut him out with nesties. I should have cut him out smaller...oh well!

I then cut some Gina K cardstock, the card base is 4.25 X 4.25.

I layered some DCWV spring glitter stack paper on some pumpkin pie for the center and put a piece of ric rac on top (i have been using this alot it seems!

I finished off the card with a sentiment from SU A little Birthday Cheer and some paper piercing!

I hope you like my simple little card! If i made all my cards this simple i could get a lot accomplished in one day!! lol

Holy Cow...Saturday Sketchers....

Here is my submission for the Saturday Sketchers Challenge:)

I started with a card kit...can you tell, i would never buy this paper! lol But it matches the Penny Black Cow perfectly!

The sketch i used was great as well! I could use all the papers i got in the kit!

The great thing about this cow is he didn't really to be coloured! I used my copics to colour what needed to be done. I then used fun flock on the cow and stickles for the hearts.

I cut him out with Nesties and added 2 layers of paper under him. The flowers and rik rac came from the kit as well as the brads:)
I had a wonderful time at the bella store with Dana, Miche, Leslie, Em and Nicky...and was i surprised when i walked in and Karen was there!!! HOLY COW!! lol Fun times were had by all and i bought more than i should have ;) Its all good though, i love everything i got! Wish i could have got more! I am hoping to head up there my bday week and do some more shopping. :) I will post pictures as soon as Karen sends them to me:)
