...piece by piece....

Hi everyone:) I didn't think i would have a post for today but i do:)

This is a Valentine's card;)

The skull is "From the Crypt" by SU. I love this set but i haven't used it yet. I stamped it with memento and distressed with real red.

The guitar is a rub on from Piggy Tales. The rest are just print outs, and the beer is from a coaster.

My paper is PTI white, real red and the dsp is from SU but i don't know the name.

This is another card kit i had in my stash. Although i am a dog person i have to admit this was a cute kit:)

I coloured Tilda with copics and cut her out with a nestie.

All the papers, ribbons, charm and bling are from the kit! Can you believe it?? Plus i have enough left over to make another card!!

I layered 3 different ribbons for this one:) My charm is attached with some hemp twine, i can't find my linen thread! grrrrrr

I coloured my image with copics and cut it out with nesties.

I decided to use a gatefold for this as well, i realized i had some More Mustard paper already to go as gatefolds (must have been from a previous SU party or something, i have a lot of them!)

My paper is from DCWV animal crackers. I finished off the card with some buttons:)

Todays Challenge on the Corrosive Challenge Blog is a sketch.

I decided to use a card kit and a picked a Christmas one. Its my first Christmas card for the year. I have lots of catching up to do!! lol At least i have lots of card kits!!

I coloured the ornaments with copics and cut them out with a nestie.

My paper is from the card kit and i love it:) I love these 2 colours together.

I then punched out some snowflakes with my Martha Stewart snowflake punch and used some bling i had in my stash.

...lets rock...

So i have had these boxes for a while now and wasn't sure what to do with them. Then i decided to find some paper i haven't used EVER! Can you believe it...i was definitely hoarding it because its so cool i never want it to be gone! ha ha

So anyway i covered the box with the paper, i then covered the other sides with black cardstock.

I then found these chipboard cut outs that came with a kit that had more of this paper in it (i should look at my paper more often!!) So i used some liquid pearl around the edge of it (because the new BC Rich guitars have yellow around them!!). I am not sure why the middle would cut out, maybe its a window thing for scrapbooking? I was thinking of putting something in there...not sure what though! lol

I feel like something is missing, anyone have any ideas??? I was going to try to put flames or something on the guitar but i am scared it will look cheesy!

The Humble Pie Challenge today is Valentines Day! I decided to use the new Maggie stamp, its so pretty:)

I coloured her with copics and cut her out with a nestie.

My paper is PTI white, soft sky and the dsp is from my stash.

I used some soft sky ribbon and some pearl half backs to finish off the card!!

happy thursday! Sorry for my late post...but here it is:)

I used Lindsay's rocket stamp and coloured it with copics. I then cut it out and placed it on some yo yo yellow i punched out with a nestie.

My paper is PTI white, yo yo yellow and the dsp is SU brilliant blue.

I found the ribbon in my stash. the sentiment is from Starring You by SU (i think its the first time its seen ink! lol).

I used a SU button and placed it on a SU star punch out:)

Doesn't look like my baby?? :) I bought a bunch of doxie stamps at Cowtown Stamps last year and never used them! ha ha So i thought i would make a cute Valentines Day card that Abby could give to her boyfriend:)

I coloured the image with copics and cut it out with nesties.

My paper is PTI white, rose red and regal rose. I ran a piece of regal rose through my heart cuttlebug folder. Good thing i had this i have no Valentine's paper at all!!

The hearts were punched with the SU 3 heart punch and the sentiment is Teeny Tiny Wishes from SU.

I coloured him with copics and cut him out with nesties.

My paper is PTI white, and piggy tales (i used both sides since it matched so well!)

My buttons are PTI Vintage buttons and the sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes by SU:)
