So all the SU stuff...

i have been getting the questions as to why i am leaving. Well you see i wasn't going to make my mins this 1/4 and was sitting on the fence with what to do! Then a new contract came down the line that all us demos have to sign by Sept 30th. In the contract it states that we can not link to other companies on our blogs, we can not be on any DT's, etc. Well i love all sorts of stamps and companies, i like to help out the little guy. So i have decided to support Stamping Bella, Taylored Expressions, Hanna Stamps, Magnolia, Lindsays Stamp Stuff, Digi Shack, Squigglefly, etc...instead of just supporting SU.
I actually got a nasty message from a demo who was outraged that people are leaving...i was only a hobby demo and only did this for the discount. So really i don't get what the big deal is!!

Congrats to all the demos who are sticking around, you will have some new customers heading your way! Congrats to all the demos leaving, let the freedom begin:)

Its hump day and some news

I finally got a chance to play in the SCS bella sketch challenge.

I decided to use my Aug Key Ingredients kit again because its so much fun.

I coloured Bella with my SU inks and a blender pen. Thought i would go for something different.

I then layers some of the great papers together to finish off the card.

The bling and the ribbon are also from the kit.

I have decided to end my SU demoship as of Sept 31st. While i have had fun being a demo, i just can't justify doing it any longer. Plus i love my DT's too much to give them up! If you are interested in ordering anything from me, please do so by Sept 30th. Thanks:)

Magnolia Tuesday:)

I was so excited to get my Aug Key Ingredients Kit from Taylored Expressions! The colours and paper are sooooooo cool!!

Everything on this card is from the kit. The flower is a rub on.

I coloured Tilda with copics and cut her out and sat her on the ribbon.

I then cut out some photo corners and finished them off with some bling.

Fridays Bellariffic Sketch was a great one:) I had a lot of fun making this card!

I coloured Cosmobella with watercolour crayons and a blender pen.

The paper i used was some Basic Grey dsp i got from Wish Rak on SCS, not sure of the name of it.

I used some Bella Dots and some Ric Rac i had in my stash.

I finished the card off with Bitty Birthdays sentiment.

Sunday Challenge....

The challenge this week on the Corrosive Challenge blog is Back to School! I had no idea what i was going to do because really i don't have kids so i don't buy school kind of stamps.

So when i saw on my friend Karen's blog she did a back to school with this MFT stamp i thought hey i could use that!!

I think my card would be more for someone going off to college (like my niece!!) rather than a little kid though.

So i started by colouring most of the image with copics and then i paper pieced the dress. I cut it out with scissors and really its crooked so i didn't mat it like normal, that way you can't tell! hee hee

The sketch is from SCS, it was an easy one so i went with it.

Everything on this card is from Taylors Key Ingredients Kit from July. Really i say this all the time her kits are amazing and great if you are in a hurry and don't want to pick out papers!!

I finished off the card with some ribbon from the kit and the sentiment is from the MFT set.

Also today is my nephew Michael's 20th bday! This is a picture of us from my bday this year with his GF Christina and my dad looking at us like we are nuts! lol

I told you i would have some more scrapbook pages to show you:) This is the other Stamping Bella scrapbook kit. Really it was so easy to put together!!

I thought these pages would be cute to put some pictures of Abby on them:)

Aren't they a darling couple?? I wanted to get some scrapbooking done and i had this Scrapbook kit from Stamping Bella and it had hearts, so i thought this wedding would be a perfect thing for it:)

For this page i really didn't do anything special:) I pretty much just put everything on it from the kit, i changed the layout from what the kit said to do though. I can't make a page with only one picture on it ;)

For this page...well this flowers came all attached...it was kind of annoying to cut them out!

So i cut out a few and put some buttons and bella dots in the middle.

I only coloured the word love in on the stamp, because i felt it was the most important one:)

That is it, pretty simple when you have a kit to work with! I have one more kit i want to play with so maybe tomorrow i will show ya that one:)

ITs a Digi Shack Challenge:)

Our challenge this week is to use Chocolate, Caramel and Teal! I thought this fish would be perfect! Hes so funny!

I coloured the fish with copics and cut it out with nesties.

I used an old Mojo MOnday sketch.

The paper i used is Chocolate Chip, Creamy Caramel and the dsp is pink flamingo from SU.

I then used some ribbon from my stash to finish off the card:)
